Mitch & Julia’s Training TipIt’s never too late to start a weight lifting program and a healthy diet. Healthy nutrition, weight training and light cardio can benefit anyone, no matter your sex or age. Strong, lean muscles (this does not necessarily mean larger muscles) increase your body’s metabolism, thus helping with natural weight loss. Additional benefits of strength training just a few times a week are that you will feel stronger, feel better, help prevent injuries, move easier and increase your general sense of well being! |
